Facet Solutions has initiated a multi-center, research study. This clinical trial will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the ACADIA™ in patients that require lumbar decompression and facetectomy as compared to a posterior-lateral fusion control group. Patients are currently being enrolled and treated at clinic sites throughout the United States
