Susan Hedden
VP of Clinical Operations

Susan Hedden comes to Facet Solutions with 15 years of experience in the Orthopedic Industry, twelve of which have been focused in Spine. Prior to joining Facet, Susan held positions as General Manger, of Clinical Operations for Applied Spine Technologies bringing together an experienced clinical team to support the trial, site development, investigator training and patient recruitment. Additionally she has worked with innovative companies as a regional sales manager focused
on increasing sales and adoption of motion preservation and minimally invasive technologies. She began her career in the orthopedic industry as a Synthes AO Consultant and transitioned into the Spine Industry as a Synthes AO Spine consultant. She completed post graduate courses at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX and earned her BS Chemistry and Biology at the UT in Austin.
